EnGn, LLC is exclusively focused on Portland technical recruiting and staffing and was created as a subsidiary of Generator Group and rebranded in 2011. With Portland and Northwest technology recruiting always a significant component of the Generator Group offering, we decided to rebrand and focus resources to take the practice to the next level of growth. As a Generator Group company we share similar values and service attributes.
When we created EnGn we also diversified our recruiting service offering. In the past with Generator Group we only provided retained search at the leadership level. What we realized was that our clients, especially smaller companies and start-ups, needed other options as well. Today we also provide direct or permanent recruiting services on a contingent basis for software, hardware, and I.T. professionals. By popular demand from our clients and after being in business for 12+ years we also provide Portland technical staffing services in those same areas to help bridge workforce gaps as our clients need.

EnGn focuses exclusively on NW and Oregon Technical recruiting and Portland technical staffing. We help provide our clients peace of mind, knowing that EnGn will be applying the appropriate recruiting power to each search we commit to filling. This is the case whether working on finding software engineers or I.T. professionals on a contract basis or at the leadership level for direct employment.
