Portland is home to the first USDA-certified salumeria - Olympic Provisions - and is a capital of cutting-edge vegan cuisine, too. You can eat amazing pizza at places like Sizzle Pie, Ken’s Artisan Pizza and Apizza Scholls, or enjoy Thai street food as interpreted by Andy Ricker at Portland restaurants Pok Pok, Whiskey Soda Lounge and Pok Pok Noi.
